We’re a small team with big dreams and a passion for growing flowers well.
Our Collective
SLOFloCo is a collaborative of San Luis Obispo County flower farms working together to grow and share locally-grown blooms with our community. Each farm brings its own style, crops, and growing practices, but we are united by a shared belief: flowers are better when they’re grown close to home.
Our mission is to strengthen the local flower economy by connecting farmers, florists, and customers through seasonal, thoughtfully-grown blooms. By sharing our harvests and working collaboratively, we’re able to offer greater consistency, diversity, and access to flowers grown right here in San Luis Obispo County.
SLOFloCo is member-owned and farmer-run, built on cooperation rather than competition. Our collective is proudly women-owned, and every decision we make is guided by the farmers who grow the flowers. Together, we are committed to sustainable growing practices, supporting local businesses, and nurturing a vibrant flower community rooted in place.
Nine farms. Better together. Authentically local. 🧡
Our Farmers
From coastal fields to inland valleys, our farms work with the rhythms of our region to grow flowers that reflect the season and the landscape they come from. Some of us specialize in lush focal blooms, others in delicate fillers, fragrant garden flowers, or unique textures — and together, our harvests create a diverse and ever-changing selection. What connects us is a shared commitment to thoughtful farming, collaboration, and flowers grown close to home.
