Our Market

Each Thursday, our farms gather to share what’s freshly harvested from the fields that week. The SLOFloCo Flower Market is a place to experience flowers in their natural rhythm — offering blooms that are truly in season, picked at peak freshness, and grown right here in San Luis Obispo County.

Set within the historic gardens of the Dallidet Adobe, the market invites a slower pace than the typical farmers market. Instead of rushing from booth to booth, visitors are encouraged to wander the garden pathways, take in the scent of fresh flowers, and enjoy the beauty of the space while choosing their stems.

Each week reflects what the fields are producing in that moment — early spring tulips and anemones, fragrant sweet peas, lush summer dahlias, and so much more as the season unfolds. Because our flowers travel only a short distance from farm to market, they arrive vibrant, fresh, and ready to brighten homes, celebrations, and everyday moments.

Whether you’re selecting a bouquet, gathering stems to arrange at home, or simply enjoying a peaceful walk through the gardens, the Thursday Flower Market is an opportunity to slow down, connect with local farmers, and experience the beauty of flowers grown close to home.

What to Expect

  • We are open March through October every Thursday from 10:00am-12:30pm.

We are lucky to have our Thursday Flower Market at the historic Dallidet Adobe and Gardens in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo. The address is 1185 Pacific Street.

  • Each week our farmers bring freshly harvested, seasonal blooms from our fields across San Luis Obispo County. You’ll find straight bunches of individual varieties, hand-tied bouquets, and preordered DIY bulk buckets available for pickup.

The market also serves as a pickup location for florist preorders.

To make the experience even more enjoyable, we offer tea and light snacks, so visitors can sip, stroll through the historic gardens, and take their time choosing their flowers.

  • We accept credit cards and cash.

We recommend bringing a vessel or bucket with a little water for your car. Keeping stems in water during the ride helps ensure your blooms stay fresh and cool on the way home.

  • Choosing local flowers supports farms in your community and helps keep seasonal blooms thriving close to home.

Locally grown flowers are harvested at peak freshness, travel shorter distances, and last longer in your vase — all while reducing environmental impact.

When you buy local, you’re also strengthening a network of small, sustainable farms and celebrating the unique beauty of flowers grown in San Luis Obispo County. 🧡
